Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

Where's my order?

Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you have yet to receive your shipment after 5-8 business days, please email us at support@glowclinical.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?

Products eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We are able to refund the full price paid for a product, but we are unable to refund any shipping charges.

To initiate a return, please email support@glowclinical.com with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are granted to the original form of payment with 5-10 business days for processing, and may incur a shipping fee.
